After each use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store jewelry separately to avoid scratching and keep away from heat or direct
sunlight. Avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume,
detergent and lotion.

Our fine jewelry is handmade in New York City using recycled precious metals. To the best of our knowledge, the diamonds used in
our jewelry are conflict-free.
Policies
Return Policy
Susan Suh LLC will accept return item(s) for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in new and
resalable condition in its original packaging along with the receipt. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned item(s).
Sale and special order items are non-returnable. All sales are final.
Item(s) received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. (Customer will pay the difference if the
item(s) is of greater value.)
To return an item, please send us an email to: info@susansuh.com with the subject header: Return Authorization Request. A
Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. For your security, please return your item with an insured
courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping
costs. Susan Suh LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Susan Suh LLC offers complimentary shipping via USPS in the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery
details will be confirmed after receipt of payments. (On average, it can take 4-7 days depending on your location.) Overnight or next
day delivery are available upon request, applicable shipping fees will be applied.
International shipping is not available at this time. However, if you are interested in an international order, please contact us and we
will try to accommodate your request.
Repair Policy
We will repair designs purchased through susansuh.com. Please email info@susansuh.com with the subject header: Repair
Work Order (RWO) to request a repair. We will send you an email with your (RWO) number and instructions for your repair request
and inform you of applicable repair and shipping costs.
